- Complete Maternity Package – $250 for 6 sessions
My maternity coaching package supports you throughout your entire pregnancy, ensuring a transformative and empowering experience as you embrace this beautiful journey. 3 - 2 hr pre-natal (1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester) and 3 - 1 hr post-natal sessions.

What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and Wellness coaches help clients make positive and lasting changes to their own personal health. The coach guides clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and habits, and empowering the client every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.
Who would Benefit from Coaching?
Adults or late adolescents who are contemplating a change in their life who have not been successful in sustained change.
How is Health and Wellness Coaching different from Therapy?
Wellness Coaching is not about focusing necessarily on understanding experiences in your past or why you may be stuck as you might explore in some therapy work. It is, instead, more present, future and action-oriented. The main focus of Wellness Coaching is to help you notice what IS working in your life and help you leverage your strengths to create possibilities and positive changes in your future.
How is Coaching done and where?
Coaching can happen at a designated meeting place, or it can be equally valuable through phone conference or via the internet. You don’t need to be local to work with me as a Health and Wellness coach. Whatever works for you!
Do You Give Advice?
I am trained to guide you toward your own decision making and what is important for you. Through powerful questioning, you will find your own journey toward your goals. We become partners during this process as I will help guide you through what is most important for you and you will continue to be in the driver's seat and in control of where you are going.
What kind of credentials do you have as a Health and Wellness Coach?
I currently have a certification held for Health and Wellness coaching with Open Source Wellness, a NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching). I plan to take being nationally board certified before the end of the year (2025). I am also working on other certifications and degrees that will compliement and enhance my coaching.
How long should I work with a coach?
I have found that three-Six months is an ideal time frame for working with the consistent support of a coach to experience transformative goal setting and lifestyle changes
